欢迎使用【兄弟打印助手】（以下简称“本App”）。在使用本应用前，请您仔细阅读本《用户协议》全部条款。下载、安装、使用本App，即代表您充分理解并同意接受本协议全部约束。如果您不同意本协议任何条款，请不要使用本App。
1.1 本App是面向兄弟（Brother）系列打印机的移动端打印辅助工具，用于iOS设备发现、连接本地局域网内兄弟打印机，实现图片、PDF、文档打印功能。
1.2 本App为第三方工具，非Brother官方出品，与兄弟公司无任何隶属、授权合作关系。所有打印机商标归对应厂商所有。
1.3 本App仅支持局域网内本地打印，部分打印机型号会存在兼容性差异，不保证全部机型100%适配。
2.1 您需要拥有可以正常使用的兄弟打印机设备，自行准备局域网Wi‑Fi网络。
2.2 禁止未满13周岁用户使用本App。
2.3 您不得将本App用于非法打印、伪造证件、侵权文档打印，一切打印内容责任由用户自行承担。
3.1 用户保证：通过本App打印的所有图片、PDF、文件均拥有合法版权或授权，不得打印违法、侵权、暴力、色情、伪造类内容。
3.2 禁止逆向工程、反编译、篡改App、破解付费模块、二次分发本App。
3.3 不得利用本App实施干扰网络、攻击打印机设备等行为。
3.4 因用户错误操作、网络环境、打印机硬件故障造成打印失败、耗材浪费，本App不承担赔偿责任。
4.1 App内提供会员订阅服务，订阅功能自动续期，苹果系统由Apple Store管理扣费、退款、取消订阅。
4.2 价格、权益以App内显示为准，会员仅解锁App内高级打印功能，不包含打印机硬件、耗材。
4.3 退款需要在Apple账号申请，本App无法处理直接退款。
5.1 本App按现状“AS‑IS”提供，不做任何明示或暗示保证，不保证服务永不中断、无BUG、所有打印机完全兼容。
5.2 因iOS系统更新、路由器、网络环境、打印机固件更新，有可能造成连接失效。开发者会尽力迭代修复，但不承诺一定修复全部兼容问题。
5.3 在法律允许最大范围内，开发者不对间接损失、数据丢失、耗材损耗承担责任。
我们有权更新本用户协议，更新后App内会提示，继续使用代表接受更新协议。
7.1 本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖。
7.2 如果部分条款无效，不影响其余条款效力。

本隐私政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储您的信息。本App高度重视用户隐私。
重点：本App所有打印处理优先在设备本地完成，不会把你的图片、PDF文档上传到外部服务器。
本地局域网权限（Wi‑Fi）：用于扫描局域网内兄弟打印机设备，发现打印机、建立打印通信。该扫描仅发生在您的本地Wi‑Fi，不会上传设备列表到服务器。
照片库权限：获取您选择的图片，用于本地打印。您可以在系统设置关闭照片权限。App不会自动上传你的图片。
文件访问权限：读取本地PDF、文档，全部在手机本地处理。
蓝牙权限（可选）：部分蓝牙打印机发现设备使用，不收集蓝牙设备标识符上传云端。
我们不会收集：姓名、手机号、地理位置、通讯录、日历；不会追踪用户行为用于广告。
崩溃日志：App可选择收集匿名崩溃日志，用于修复BUG，日志不含用户个人文件，你可以在iOS设置关闭App分析。
Apple订阅信息：会员订阅信息全部由Apple管理，开发者拿不到你的信用卡、Apple ID密码，仅获取订阅状态用于解锁功能。
我们不会出售、出租您的任何个人信息。不会向第三方分享你的图片文件。仅在法律强制要求下，才按法律规定提供信息。
所有打印文件仅临时保存在iOS设备内存，打印完成即释放，App服务器不存储任何用户文档。
您可以在【iOS设置‑本App】中关闭照片、局域网、蓝牙权限。关闭对应权限后对应功能将无法使用。
本App不面向13岁以下儿童，不主动收集儿童信息。
隐私政策会不定期更新，App内展示新版本。

Welcome to Brother Print Assistant (“App”). Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By downloading, installing or using this App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use this App.
1.1 This is a third‑party mobile printing helper for Brother printers. It discovers printers on local Wi‑Fi and supports printing images, PDF documents.
1.2 This App is not an official Brother product. There is no affiliation or official cooperation with Brother Industries. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
1.3 Only local area network printing is supported. Compatibility varies across printer models, full compatibility for all devices is not guaranteed.
2.1 You shall have a working Brother printer and local Wi‑Fi network.
2.2 Users under 13 years old are not allowed to use this App.
2.3 You shall not use this App for illegal, counterfeit or copyright‑infringing printing. You take full responsibility for all printed content.
3.1 All files you print shall be legally authorized. Do not print illegal, violent, pornographic or counterfeit content.
3.2 Do not reverse‑engineer, decompile, crack or redistribute this App.
3.3 Do not use this App to interfere network or attack printer hardware.
3.4 We are not responsible for print failure or consumable waste caused by user mis‑operation, network or hardware fault.
4.1 In‑app subscriptions are auto‑renewable and managed by Apple App Store. Billing, cancellation and refund are handled via your Apple ID.
4.2 Prices and benefits are shown inside App. Membership unlocks advanced print features only, excluding printer hardware or consumables.
4.3 Refund requests must be submitted to Apple, we cannot process refunds directly.
5.2 The App is provided “as‑is”. We do not guarantee zero bugs or full compatibility for every printer model.
5.2 iOS update, router or printer firmware update may break connection. We will try to fix issues but do not promise full resolution for all compatibility problems.
5.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect loss, data loss or consumable cost.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the App means you accept revised terms.
7.1 These terms are governed by laws of People’s Republic of China.
7.2 If any clause becomes invalid, remaining clauses remain effective.

This privacy policy describes how we access and process information. All printing tasks are processed locally on your iOS device. We do NOT upload your photos or PDF files to remote servers.
Local Network (Wi‑Fi): Scan LAN to discover printers. Scan results stay on‑device and will not be uploaded.
Photo Library: Access images you select for printing. Permission can be revoked in iOS Settings. Images will not be uploaded.
File access: Process PDF files locally on device.
Bluetooth(optional): For Bluetooth printer discovery, no identifiers are sent to server.
We do NOT collect: phone number, location, contacts, calendar data. No user tracking for advertising purpose.
Anonymous crash logs may be collected for bug fixing, logs contain no personal documents. You can opt‑out in iOS system settings.
Apple subscription status is managed by Apple. We cannot get your credit card or Apple ID password, only receive subscription status to unlock features.
We never sell or rent your personal data. Your documents will not be shared with third parties, unless required by law.
Print files exist temporarily in iOS memory only. No user document is stored on our server.
You may turn off photo, local‑network, bluetooth permission inside iOS Settings. Corresponding features will stop working after permission revoked.
This App is not intended for users under 13 years old. We do not intentionally collect information from children.
We may revise this privacy policy. Continued use represents acceptance of updated version.
